Kullanım Koşulları

QR Barkod’u indirerek ya da kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulama App Store üzerinden dağıtıldığı için Apple’ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir; bu koşullar onu tamamlar.
1. Lisans
Size, sahibi olduğunuz ya da kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarında uygulamayı kişisel veya ticari amaçlarla kullanmanız için kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir lisans verilir. Uygulamanın adı, logosu ve simgesi Onur Kaya’ya aittir.
2. Ücret
Uygulama ücretsizdir, uygulama içi satın alma ve abonelik içermez.
3. Kodların içeriği ve güvenlik
- Okuttuğunuz kodların içeriği üçüncü kişilere aittir. Uygulama bir bağlantıyı yalnızca siz dokunduğunuzda açar (“Bağlantıları otomatik aç” ayarını kendiniz açmadıkça). Bilmediğiniz kaynaklardaki bağlantıları açmadan önce adresi kontrol edin; sahte QR kodlarıyla yapılan dolandırıcılıklara karşı dikkatli olun.
- Oluşturduğunuz QR kodlarının içeriğinden ve nasıl kullanıldığından siz sorumlusunuz. Uygulamayı yasa dışı, yanıltıcı ya da başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik üretmek için kullanmayın.
- IBAN, kripto para adresi gibi ödeme bilgilerini içeren kodları paylaşmadan önce doğruluğunu kontrol edin. Yanlış girilen bilgilerden doğan zararlardan geliştirici sorumlu değildir.
4. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Bazı özellikler üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanır: iCloud yedeği (Apple), adres arama (OpenStreetMap Nominatim) ve bağlantı ya da ürün araması sırasında açılan web siteleri. Bu hizmetler kendi koşullarına tabidir; erişilebilirliklerini garanti edemeyiz.
5. Garanti reddi
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Her kodun her koşulda okunacağını, uygulamanın kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Önemli kayıtlarınızı CSV veya JSON olarak dışa aktararak ayrıca saklamanızı öneririz.
6. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde geliştirici; uygulamanın kullanımından ya da kullanılamamasından, okutulan veya oluşturulan kodların içeriğinden ve üçüncü taraf hizmetlerden kaynaklanan dolaylı ya da doğrudan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
7. Değişiklikler ve sonlandırma
Uygulamayı ve bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel metin her zaman bu sayfadadır. Uygulamayı silerek kullanımı istediğiniz zaman sonlandırabilirsiniz.
8. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici olarak bulunduğunuz ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümlerinden doğan haklarınız saklıdır.

By downloading or using QR Barkod you agree to these terms. Because the app is distributed through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; these terms supplement it.
1. License
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal or business purposes on Apple devices you own or control. The app’s name, logo and icon belong to Onur Kaya.
2. Price
The app is free and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
3. Code content and safety
- The content of codes you scan belongs to third parties. The app only opens a link when you tap it (unless you turn on “Open links automatically” yourself). Check the address before opening links from unknown sources, and watch out for scams that use fake QR codes.
- You are responsible for the content of QR codes you create and how they are used. Don’t use the app to produce content that is illegal, misleading or infringes the rights of others.
- Double-check payment details such as IBANs or crypto addresses before sharing codes that contain them. The developer isn’t liable for losses caused by incorrect information.
4. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services: iCloud backup (Apple), address search (OpenStreetMap Nominatim) and websites opened when you follow a link or search a product. These services have their own terms, and we can’t guarantee their availability.
5. Disclaimer of warranty
The app is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that every code will be read in every condition or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. We recommend exporting important records as CSV or JSON to keep a separate copy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, from the content of scanned or created codes, or from third-party services.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; the current text is always on this page. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence remain unaffected.
